IS HTML OR WORDPRESS BETTER FOR A WEBSITE?

1. Sell my own products (audio CDs and e-workbooks).
2. Sell my consulting services.
3. Affiliate-link to alternative sites (like Amazon).
I was meditative of you do the customary HTML site, but researching Wordpress has me reconsidering. Wordpress seems to have built-in advantages similar to Twitter feeds, involuntary SEO, involuntary pinging of directories etc.
My big regard is which I wish to have certain I have an rudimentary divide about myself and my products, and I wish to have cinema of the products featured on the front page, on top of the fold.
I can do which in HTML. Can which be finished in Wordpress?
Second big concern: I’ll wish to be means to edit the site after (add brand new products, etc.). I can do teenager modifying in HTML, but I know zero about Wordpress (other than…it’s a suffering to work with). I do not wish to turn a programmer either. Are there people out there who can assistance with the setup and support?
